My primary focus is to make sure that at DAS Law we deliver on our customer service commitments of clear, quality and timely advice married with transparent price. Having talented legal experts is only part of providing the right service, and DAS law is as committed to the way the service is delivered, as it is to the outcomes achieved.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 1997, I’ve worked in private practice and in-house, holding a variety of legal, operational, sales, IT and project management roles. I’ve also pioneered innovation in legal services, and established a unique online legal marketing company, recommended as a future business model in the Legal Services Act White Paper 2005.
More recently, my focus has been on legal process re-engineering, aligning IT capability with service delivery to make sure that the customer experience is at the forefront of the process. I joined DAS Law to head up Operations in September 2013 and was appointed to the board in January 2014.
I feel really proud to be able lead a business that offers technical legal support but in such an accessible, affordable and approachable way.
