What’s your role at DAS Law?
I lead a team of property litigators all with a considerable amount of experience dealing with property litigation in particular boundary disputes, nuisance claims and landlord and tenant disputes.
I strongly believe in ensuring that a clear strategy is identified at the earliest opportunity to manage the risks associated with dispute resolution and litigation and adopting a flexible approach that allows our clients to resolve disputes and manage litigation in a way that is comfortable for them.
What are your areas of expertise?
My main area of expertise is private nuisance and breach of covenants disputes. I acted for the successful parties in the reported cases of:
- Lester v Woodgate & Hardy  EWCA Civ 199
- George Wimpey Bristol Limited v Gloucestershire Housing Association Lt [2011UKCT 91 (LC)
What do you like to do outside of the office?
I am a passionate gardener. I grow vegetables and flowers. I have an interest in classic British motorcycles, particularly BSA and Triumph, although my current mode of transport is a Peugeot 208.
