What’s your role at DAS Law?
I joined DAS in October 2016 and work on the Multi-Track team. I represent claimants who have suffered serious injury including life changing injuries which need careful and detailed consideration.
I am an experienced personal injury solicitor with over 17 years’ experience specialising in claimant personal injury. I have previously worked for a trade union firm and I am dedicated to achieving the best for claimants.
What are your areas of expertise?
I am experienced in dealing with complex claims where liability could be disputed but the claimant is seriously injured. I am skilled in handling a wide range of claims, including road traffic accidents, employers and public liability and fatal accidents.
I represent clients who have suffered serious injury including life-changing injuries which need careful and detailed consideration. This can include the necessity to consider changes to their accommodation, loss of a specified career and future care.
I appreciate the effect that these injuries can have on clients, not just in terms of dealing with their personal injury claim and the legal aspects, but also in terms of how these life changing injuries affect them personally.
I deal with serious injuries and high value claims such as multiple fractures, spinal injuries, leg length discrepancy, brain injury and psychological trauma.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
I am lucky enough to live in a place where I can enjoy outdoor activities which include walking, sailing and horse riding.
