Types of employment claims
Most employment claims come about because of non-payment of wages or being dismissed unfairly. However, employment claims may also arise due to poor treatment because of a person’s race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation or other protected characteristic.

If at all possible we will negotiate a favourable settlement for you. If a settlement cannot be negotiated we will take your claim to an employment tribunal, making sure that you are properly represented and advised throughout.
If you have cover under a DAS policy, the costs of our products may be covered by your insurance policy (subject to the terms and conditions of the policy). For those clients that don’t have cover under a DAS policy, we have a range of fixed fee products including VAT, so you know with certainty how much each stage of the process is going to cost.
Our employment tribunal products are offered on a fixed fee basis so you are clear and in control of the costs at every stage.
