An employee whose employer failed to notify her that they were changing owners, and terminated her employment without consultation, instructed us to represent her. Following proceedings being issued, we successfully represented the claimant and settled the matter for £8,250 on the grounds of: unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, failing to provide a contract or pay statements and failing to inform and consult about a TUPE transfer.
