If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman via the contact details below to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint and within 6 years of the act or omission about which you are complaining, or within 3 years from the date you should have known that there were grounds for complaint (if the issue took place before 6 October 2010 or was more than 6 years ago).
