Principal Associate, Solicitor
Litigation and Disputes
What’s your role at DAS Law?
I lead several teams dedicated to resolving property disputes. My teams can assist individuals and companies with a wide range of property disputes from disputes over the boundaries of peoples’ homes to large scale multiparty litigation.
I believe strongly in delivering clear practical advice tailored to a client’s individual circumstances with the aim of producing a timely resolution to their dispute.
What are your areas of expertise?
I have worked exclusively in property litigation for well over 10 years particularly in relation to boundary and right of way disputes.
Property disputes are rarely straight forward and often involve the interpretation of complex title documents or other evidence.
Having first studied for a history degree I like nothing better than rooting through old pre-registration title documents as I put the pieces of a land dispute together and begin to resolve a client’s dispute.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
Away from the office I am a keen supporter of Bristol Rugby. I enjoy travelling both in Europe and further afield. I also like discovering new places to eat in and around Bristol and the South West.
