Litigation and Disputes
I qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having undertaken my training contract in a small bespoke law firm. My interest in property led me to qualify as a non-contentious commercial property solicitor with Lyons Davidson.
In 2009, I changed my focus to banking litigation and contentious landlord and tenant. I was subsequently made a partner in Lyons Davidson in 2019.
In 2021, I joined DAS Law as a principal associate, where I have been the technical lead in the landlord and tenant team. I spend my time supervising the technical legal work in the team, assisted by a team of associates, whilst working together with DAS LEI to strengthen business partnerships.
