DAS Law nominated for ABS of the Year award

11th December 2018

DAS Law has been shortlisted for ‘ABS of the Year’ at the 2019 Modern Law Awards.

Hosted by Modern Law Magazine and now in their sixth year, the Modern Law Awards reflect the commercial dynamism of legal service providers since the Legal Services Act came into force, celebrating talent and success in entrepreneurship, market development, business management and best practice.

This is a real testament to the hard work we have all put in and underlines the important work we do in achieving access to justice for our clients.

William Ellerton, Dispute Management

DAS Law’s submission was based around its central aim of delivering affordable and accessible access to justice, and also highlighted the company’s strategic investment, values culture, commitment to diversity, and targeted development of its digital presence and media profile.

DAS Law is also sponsoring the ‘Combatting Fraud’ award category which honours companies that have made a significant contribution to the detection or prevention of fraud; have applied innovative techniques to identify fraudulent activity; and can demonstrate effective anti-fraud measures or procedures.

William Ellerton, DAS Law Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Management, said: “I am delighted that DAS Law has been shortlisted for ABS of the Year. This is a real testament to the hard work we have all put in and underlines the important work we do in achieving access to justice for our clients.”

The awards ceremony takes place this Thursday at the Victoria Warehouse, Trafford Wharf Road, Manchester.
