Once we are engaged in formal legal proceedings it is difficult to commit to timeframes. We will, however, keep you informed as to our approach, the next steps available and the likely consequences of any approach or decision. It is very rare for a case to actually reach a final court hearing. If this does happen we will spend time explaining how the process will work and run through the likely questions. We will arrange for a barrister to represent you who will be comprehensively briefed by us.
