    Here are some important things you should be aware of regarding your dispute over maternity leave:

    • Our lawyers are highly experienced in handling many types of disputes relating to maternity leave, maternity pay, and time off work for pregnancy and childbirth.
    • All employed mothers are entitled to 52 weeks of Statutory Maternity leave, up to 39 weeks of which can be paid.
    • During maternity leave your contract of employment is considered to continue, even though you are not physically at work.
