I have been dismissed by my employer

Being dismissed by your employer is a very stressful time and can have an impact on all aspects of your life. However, your employer is required by the law to have a fair reason to dismiss you and follow certain procedures to ensure that everything is done fairly.

    If you feel forced to resign, this may count as constructive dismissal. If you are dismissed in breach of the terms of your employment contract, this is known as wrongful dismissal.
